Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The place is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). Recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost track of how many times I've gone to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's face it: when food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? So lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to remove plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring in a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza but made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the next day. Scheduled delivery between 4:30-5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Win-win.
