Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always top-notch.
A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4—a great deal considering it’s $9 in Coconut Grove. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.
I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. It all came out fresh, hot, and fast! Service was wonderful. The staff was constantly checking to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect place to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. It's enough for more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was fantastic, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs.
