Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 is quite a steal compared to $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because frankly: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today’s menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a cozy and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the special pasta of the day: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, and served promptly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly checking on us and even allowed us to bring a birthday cake, serving it on a plate and taking care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot for gathering with friends or having a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was a standout and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza but made sure to order one.

I ordered Siamo food via Uber Eats for a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day early to remember. They called to confirm the date I selected since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
