Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff kept being attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area who craves good Italian food or wants to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter. Not to mention, the food was delicious. We tried lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead of time to not forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the right date, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5 PM, and the food arrived at her doorstep at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
