An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. Great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The place is clean and service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. Let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and their special pasta of the day: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. It all came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful, constantly attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to not forget it. They called to confirm I had selected the right day, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
