Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour on food and drinks Tuesday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). Recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's face it: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly checked to clear plates, refill water, etc. We were even allowed to bring a cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or celebrating a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance for no oversight. They called to confirm I selected the right date since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everybody wins.
