Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've ever had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove is $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was incredible. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It’s a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was consistently attentive for clearing dishes, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day earlier to not forget it. They called to confirm I selected the correct date, since I chose the following day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs.
