An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs with delicious food. They have a fantastic happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The place is clean and the service is always great.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive compared to Koko in Coconut Grove at $9). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? So lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a pleasant and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. The service was wonderful. They allowed us to bring a birthday cake and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or celebrating a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; need I say more that the food was delicious? We tried the lentil soup and meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day earlier to not forget. They called to confirm I had selected the right date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
