An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious, and they have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend the pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is clean, and the service is always great.

A hidden gem! Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep going back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. It came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, constantly clearing plates and refilling water. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of it all. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I ordered Siamo food via Uber Eats for a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget it. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Win-win for everyone.
