Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour with food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4, which is very competitive. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. The staff? Lovely. The owner? A gem. 10/10, no notes.

Tried this charming Italian restaurant for my sister’s birthday today. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta to start, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Fresh, hot, and fast! Wonderful service. Staff were attentive to remove plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate, and they served it on a plate handling everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. Barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it for a day ahead so I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I chose the following day. Scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and turns out it's her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
