Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonably priced. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no complaints.

Tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious! Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to removing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza but made sure to order one.

Sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. Scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called to confirm that I had selected the correct date, as I had chosen the next day. Scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and it arrived at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Win-win for everyone.
