Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday, 3 to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (pretty competitive compared to Coconut Grove's Koko at $9). Recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost track of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Absolutely lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no remarks.

Tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive in clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet up with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza but made sure to order one.

Sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm I selected the correct date as I chose the following day. Scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and this happens to be her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
