Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is mouth-watering. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always top-notch.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tasted in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive constantly to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet up with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had space for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day before so I wouldn't forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I had chosen the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
