An excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from 3 PM to 6 PM Tuesday through Friday. Highly recommend their pizza and pasta. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always exceptional.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tasted in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). Recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. When the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was incredible. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Amazing. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious—fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff kept an eye on us constantly. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to not forget it. They called me to confirm the date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
