Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious, and they have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Convenient parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove costs $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, constantly clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; it's safe to say the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I selected the right date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
