An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour with food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. The staff is delightful and the owner is an absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Service was wonderful and attentive throughout. They even let us bring in a birthday cake and served it for us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or celebrating a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying the food was fantastic. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the day after. The delivery was scheduled between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
