Siamo Ristorante: The Best Italian Restaurant with Outdoor Seating in Miami Springs

Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious and they have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to removing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; need I say the food was delicious? We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was amazing and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had space for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day early so I wouldn’t forget. They called me to confirm I’d chosen the correct date since I had selected the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
