Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious, and they have a great happy hour with food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean and service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. Best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 is very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's face it: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. Staff? A treasure. Owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a lovely and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive, clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves over two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to not forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
