An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday at 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4, very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Wonderful. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. All came out fresh, hot, and quick! Service was wonderful. The staff kept checking to clear plates, refill water, etc. They also allowed us to bring a birthday cake and served it beautifully. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delightful. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm I had selected the right date, as I had picked the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her doorstep at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
