An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Consider this your sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Absolutely lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

Excellent little Italian restaurant. The pizza and calzones are nearly perfect. Everyone working here seems to enjoy doing it together, and the service reflects that. All the food I've tried here while working in Miami has been very well prepared. Wood-fired delights.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! Service was wonderful. The staff was always attentive for clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the honey truffle was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to not forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the right date since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her doorstep at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
