Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be real: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. All came out fresh, hot, and quickly! Service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our server; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the board with cheeses and meats (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and really unique. Serves more than two people. We hardly had space for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. Service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
