Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (much more competitive compared to Koko in Coconut Grove at $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Consider this a sign to stop reading and just GO. Staff? Wonderful. Owner? We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, constantly clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake, serving it on a plate and taking care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or enjoy a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Enough for more than two people. We barely had space for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to avoid forgetting. They called me to confirm the correct date since I had selected the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
