Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep going back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as amazing as it sounds. Consider this a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Amazing. The owner? A true gem. 10/10, no comments.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to remove plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had space for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn't forget. They called me to confirm that I had selected the right date as I had chosen the following day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everybody wins.
