Fantastic Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.
A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.
I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. The food is that good; you keep going back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was just as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff is lovely. The owner is an absolute gem. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice, relaxing place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly engaged with clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate and served it beautifully. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect spot to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone won.
