An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean with excellent service.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. When the food is this good, you just keep coming back! Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Lovable. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake, serving it beautifully. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and great recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget it. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
