Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour on food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always great.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and affordable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tasted in Miami. Stella Artois priced at $4 is very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, and quick! Service was wonderful. The staff was attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

A perfect spot to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to not forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
