Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. from Tuesday to Friday. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s face it: when food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything was fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive in clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day before to avoid forgetting. They called me to confirm I had selected the right date as I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone won.
