Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs! The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always top-notch.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tasted in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering others). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was incredible. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Absolute loves. The owner? We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly checked in to clear plates and refill water. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or celebrating a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had space for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it the day before to not forget. They called to confirm I selected the right date since I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived promptly at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
