An excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tasted in Miami. Stella Artois only $4, much better than the pricey options in Coconut Grove. Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. The food is that good. Today’s menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as fantastic as it sounds. Consider this your sign to stop reading and just GO there. The staff? So warm. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It’s a nice and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, clearing plates and refilling water. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate! They served it on a plate and handled everything. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date as I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery for between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
