An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs! The food is delightful. They have a fantastic happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The place is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). Recommended shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be real: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Amazing. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and served fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was outstanding and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We were barely able to fit the pizza in, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
