Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious, and they have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The place is clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 is very competitive, considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria; honestly, when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Consider this a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A delight. The owner? We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I ordered food from Siamo via Uber Eats for a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called to confirm that I had selected the correct date, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
