An excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour on food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 is very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. I recommend the pasta with shrimp and salmon.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. The food is that good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? So lovely. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious—served fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, ready to clear plates and refill water. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake for celebration, serving it on a plate and taking care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We could barely fit in the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date as I picked the following day. I set the delivery window between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
