An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve ever had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4, very competitive compared to Koko in Coconut Grove at $9. Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria; the food is that good! Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Consider this your sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and their seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and served hot and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive for refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or celebrating a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza but made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so that I wouldn't forget. They called me to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
