Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious with a fantastic happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive compared to Koko in Coconut Grove at $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because honestly, when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today’s menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Wonderful. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place for a gathering with friends or a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; it goes without saying that the food was delicious. We sampled the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was amazing and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn’t forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
