An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday, 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always great.

Hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4! Highly recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? So lovely. The owner? Absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive for clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area looking for good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to hang out with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board; the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called to confirm that I had selected the correct date. I set the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
