Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious, with a fantastic happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4—very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because, let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister’s birthday. It’s a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was remarkable. The staff was attentive, constantly clearing plates and refilling water. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate and served it on a plate. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or celebrating a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I had chosen the day after. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was fantastic, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
