We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a lovely and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna and the special pasta of the day: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, and prompt! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, refilling water, clearing plates, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
