Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday, 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A love. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. All served fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, consistently clearing dishes and refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I had chosen the next day. I set the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
