Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs! The food is delicious, and they have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and service is always excellent.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. The food is simply that good! Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu—every bite was incredible. Take this as a sign to just GO. The staff? Wonderful. The owner? We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna and the seasonal pasta special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful, always attentive to refill glasses and clear plates. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving great Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and charcuterie board; the truffle honey was unique and excellent. Serves more than two people! We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to get one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day earlier to be sure. They called to confirm that my selected date was correct since I chose the following day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible, and it turned out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
