We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and came out fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive, constantly clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two.
