Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? A true treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to hang out with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and board of cheese and meats (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had space for the pizza, but we ensured we ordered one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day before to not forget. They called me to confirm I selected the right date since I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
