Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. Best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I lost count on how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you just keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. Staff? A gem. Owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no comments.

Excellent little Italian restaurant. The pizza and calzone are almost perfect. Everyone who works here seems to enjoy working together, and the service reflects that. All the food I have tried here while working in Miami has been very well prepared. Wood-fired delights.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It’s a nice quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! Service was wonderful. Staff was constantly attentive to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet up with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget it. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date since I chose the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
