Fantastic Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is amazing. They have a great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The place is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 is a great deal compared to others. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's face it: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Trust me, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Awesome. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive, clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake and served it on a plate, taking care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wishing to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and charcuterie board; the truffle honey was the highlight and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I ordered Siamo food via Uber Eats for a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance to not forget. They called to confirm I selected the right date since I chose the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
