An excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They offer a fantastic happy hour on food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and service is always excellent.
A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive as it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today’s menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. Staff? Wonderful. Owner? We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the special pasta of the season: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly attended to clearing plates, refilling water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect place to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and great recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the standout and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We hardly had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent Siamo food via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day early to not forget it. They called to confirm I had selected the right date since I had chosen the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs.
