Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. Happy hour offers perfect food and drink deals from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pasta. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering it's $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria. When the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Amazing. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this lovely Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal specialty pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious and served fresh, hot, and quickly! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive for refills and clearing plates. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake to celebrate and served it beautifully. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique, serving more than two people. We barely had room for pizza but made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day ahead to avoid forgetting. They called to confirm the right date since I picked the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. Everyone wins.
