Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They offer a great happy hour on food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. I highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive given that at Koko in Coconut Grove it costs $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. What was on today’s menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take it as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? Simply wonderful. The owner? An absolute gem. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as starters, lasagna, and the seasonal special pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clearing dishes, refilling water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect spot to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo through Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn't forget. They called to confirm that I had selected the correct date, as I had picked the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was incredible, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
