Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.
A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering it costs $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove). I recommend the shrimp pasta and salmon.
I’ve lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's face it: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. Staff? A love. We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff was attentive constantly to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.
The perfect place to meet with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had space for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing, and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
