Excellent Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. Great happy hour from Tuesday to Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The place is always clean and the service is excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've had in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 — very competitive considering it’s $9 at Koko in Coconut Grove. I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. Each bite was as incredible as it sounds. Consider this your sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? Absolutely wonderful. 10/10, no complaints.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a lovely and quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta for starters, lasagna, and the special pasta of the season: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. It all came out fresh, hot, and fast! The service was wonderful. The staff was constantly attentive to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even allowed us to bring a birthday cake and served it on a plate, taking care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to gather with friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried lentil soup and the cheese and meat platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and truly unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day in advance so I wouldn’t forget. They called me to confirm I had chosen the correct date since I picked the next day. I scheduled the delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 PM. The service was amazing and turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
