Fantastic Italian spot in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour for food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean and the service is always excellent.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I’ve tried in Miami. Stella Artois for $4 (very competitive considering Koko in Coconut Grove charges $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I lost count of how many times I’ve visited Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let’s be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today’s menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, veggie pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisù. And yes, every bite was as amazing as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? A gem. The owner? An absolute treasure. 10/10, no notes.

We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a nice, quiet place in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the special seasonal pasta: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious. Everything came out fresh, hot, and quickly! Service was wonderful. The staff was attentive constantly to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or wanting to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Quick service and excellent recommendations from our server; needless to say, the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the meat and cheese platter (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. Serves more than two people. We barely had space for pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I had Siamo delivered via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day early to not forget. They called to confirm I had selected the correct date, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was amazing and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all won.
