Excellent Italian place in Miami Springs. The food is delicious. They have a great happy hour on food and drinks from Tuesday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Highly recommend their pizzas and pastas. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is always top-notch.

A hidden gem. Easy parking and reasonable prices. The best Italian food I've tried in Miami. Stella Artois at $4 (very competitive considering that in Koko in Coconut Grove it's $9). I recommend the shrimp and salmon pasta.

I've lost count of how many times I've been to Siamo Ristorante & Pizzeria, because let's be honest: when the food is this good, you keep coming back. Today's menu? Lobster ravioli, burrata, vegetarian pizza, strawberry lemonade, and tiramisu. And yes, every bite was as incredible as it sounds. Take this as a sign to stop reading and just GO. The staff? We tried this charming Italian restaurant today for my sister's birthday. It's a pleasant and quiet spot in the heart of Miami Springs. We ordered caprese and bruschetta as appetizers, lasagna, and the seasonal special: Pasta dell'ammiraglio. Everything was delicious, fresh, hot, and quick! The service was wonderful. The staff constantly checked back to clear plates, refill water, etc. They even let us bring a birthday cake to celebrate; they served it on a plate and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area craving good Italian food or looking to celebrate a special occasion.

The perfect place to meet friends or have a family dinner. Fast service and excellent recommendations from our waiter; no need to say the food was delicious. We tried the lentil soup and the charcuterie board (tagliere di carne); the truffle honey was the best and really unique. It serves more than two people. We barely had room for the pizza, but we made sure to order one.

I sent food from Siamo via Uber Eats to a friend in Miami Springs. I scheduled it a day early to not forget. They called me to confirm that I selected the correct date, as I had chosen the next day. I scheduled delivery between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m., and the food arrived at her door at 4:33 p.m. The service was incredible and it turns out this is her favorite restaurant in Miami Springs. We all win.
